Over 24 Years of Experience with Children

As a mom to four amazing children two young adults and two school-aged kids I’ve gained years of first hand experience navigating the unique stages, moods, and behaviors of children. Watching my older children grow emotionally and intellectually has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. When my younger two came along, I chose to stay home so I could provide them with the same opportunities, care, and attention.

Over time, I realized that every child deserves this kind of nurturing environment, not just my own. That’s when the idea for Learning Station Childcare was born. After years of cultivating my skills as a Child Care Provider, I took the leap to offer this same quality of care to other children and their families. In addition to my professional experience, I also homeschool my younger children. This has strengthened my ability to design engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that support both academic learning and emotional growth. I’ve also had the privilege of working as an Assistant Kindergarten Teacher, where I gained valuable classroom experience and deepened my knowledge of early childhood education. At Learning Station Childcare, my mission is to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring space where every child can learn, thrive, and feel truly cared for. As a Christian-based provider, I believe that children are precious gifts from God. My goal is to reflect Christ’s love by creating an environment filled with kindness, patience, and integrity. While our foundation is faith-based, all families are warmly welcomed and respected here. I strive to nurture not only each child’s academic and social growth, but also their moral character, so they can grow into confident, compassionate individuals.
